All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving full payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery time:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on location)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping: Free shipping on orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee may apply.
  • International Shipping: Charges vary based on destination and weight. Final amount will be shown at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct. Neev International is not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery. We will assist you with replacements or refunds, based on the situation.
