1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. In case of a damaged or incorrect product, you may request a replacement or a refund as per our return policy.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Products that are opened, used, or returned after the return window (3 days) are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
